Fry is about to brush his teeth, which sends Bender into hysterics because he’s been using Fry’s toothbrush to polish his ass again. This sends Fry into a spy store. He wants a hidden camera for his bathroom.

Herme’s lunch box is empty, Leela accuses Amy of using her punching bag for target practice…Amy accuses Leela of using her golf clubs…and it’s chaos at the mysteries thicken. Fry pulls out his 15” floppy disc and shows everyone the view from his bathroom. Nothing. Except Bender stealing Fry’s kidney. Leela also planted a spy camera and catches the janitor bashing her punching bag with a golf club. Herme’s spy cmera catches Bender swapping out his lunch for Fry’s kidney, then Leela eating Fry’s kidney. “I’m sorry! I just get really hungry around 11:30!”

To bring peace and harmony back to Planet Express, Farnsworth takes everyone on a corporate team building retreat led by Dan McMasters. They pick up a hitchhiker to demonstrate trust, complete with a trust fall that ends in Dan McMaster’s untimely death at the hands of the alien hitchhiker’s stomach.

Farnsworth hustles everyone into the ship’s panic room that nobody knew about, but the oxygen supply fizzles out. Naturally, everyone is split up into teams of two and sent out to save the day while Farnsworth hangs back to play Candyland with Scruffy. Leela and Amy run into the monster in the basement, and Amy saves Leela from its chompy chomps with her golf swing. They dub themselves Lamy. On the outside of the ship, Fry climbs into Bender to fix his gyroscope and name themselves Frender. Something about Herme and Zoidberg and slippery ink, and the crew gets their navigation back in order thanks to working together. Farnsworth then announces that there never was a creature—it was all a training exercise to teach everyone teamwork. Turns out the creature is a shape shifter, and nobody knows if it’s Farnsworth, or the creature, or both. Then Amy’s the monster, then Bender has ears, then Fry eats Leela, then Fry and Bender come face-to-face and have to determine if they are real, or monsters. Bender admits to polishing his ass with Fry’s toothbrush, and Fry admits to unpolishing Bender’s ass with sandpaper.

In the end, there is no monster. Dan McMasters announces it was all a team building exercise. But just in case, Fry and Bender blast him to smithereens.
