The Real Housewives of Orange County are what happens when new money meets the Home Shopping Network. And the one in the middle is Vicki Gunvalson, the reigning queen and matriarch.

Vicki recently underwent dramatic plastic surgery, including but not limited to a chin implant and a…whatever it is called when a surgeon pulls your skin up by the kneecaps and stretches it over your forehead. Yet with all of the slicing and dicing, it appears that Vicki has forgotten to inflate her boobs. Sigh. I’m not sure that I can ever look at pancakes the same way again.

This is Vicki Gunvalson, a previously attractive woman who runs her own extremely successful insurance business. Somewhere between the nineteenth and twentieth seasons of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki got a face full of plastic surgery. Believe it or not, this is the after photo. The big reveal.
